The Bread Tried to Kill me- But I'm Still Here.

I once accidentally ate a crouton and ended up on a stretcher. That’s not a punchline, that’s just Tuesday for me.

Living with food allergies means constantly doing the mental gymnastics of “Can I eat this?” while smiling politely at a waiter who just said, “It should be fine.” (Pro tip: “should” is not your friend.) So, if you’ve ever packed more meds than clothes, fought with TSA over liquid restrictions, or tried to mime “anaphylaxis” in another language, congrats: you belong here.
Allergies are wild, travel is wilder, and I'm just trying to eat without dying. This blog isn’t about avoiding risk—it’s about managing it. It’s about asking the hard questions, triple-checking the labels, and still finding joy in trying new places. It’s for people who know that a single nut can ruin a trip—but also that a little planning can save one. If you’ve ever needed a support group, a sarcasm buddy, or just a really good list of allergy-friendly restaurants—I got you.

At The Peachy GOAT Travels, I’m building a new kind of travel blog—one where dietary restrictions, mobility aids, and medical gear don’t mean you stay home. We’ll talk travel hacks, honest hotel reviews, accessible eats, and how to pack your carry-on like the tactical genius you are.
No sugarcoating. No toxic positivity. Just solid info, bitter honesty, and a few laughs along the way. Think of this blog as the sarcastic older sibling of the travel world—been there, nearly died, took notes.
Check out a small list of items that I consider my must haves by clicking on the image below. These are items I use when I travel. I'll continue to share new items I try out and give you my brutally honest opinion on it so you can be just as prepared. Go forth & travel!
